Portage Glacier
Wild flowers that bloom during summer on the banks of Portage lake seem to cheer on the Glacier of the same name. Located on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska near the town of Whittier, Portage Glacier has shrunk and retreated significantly in the past few decades.
