Hawk kill

Sometime the best wildlife action takes place right in your back yard! This Cooper's Hawk (Accipiter cooperii), with bloody beak and talons on a fresh kill, has fully plucked feathers of what appears to be a Pigeon behind a tree in corner of my back yard.
